Welcome to the Great Basin College Nature Club's Website! Our club was founded in late fall 2013 by Dr.Rita Bagwe and a wonderful group of science and nature minded students who have decided to look at nature from more of an educational perspective. The main goal of GBC Nature Club is to give students an opportunity to learn more about the natural world around us help and educate those that wish to be part of our Nature Club family.

 

We hold monthly guest speaker presentations at the GBC Pahrump campus and open it to the public. These speakers are professionals in their field of study and devote their lives to their work. It is a honor to have them come speak to us and share their knowledge and passion. All of our meetings are open to the public as well.
